非公经济的中国特色与法律保护

摘　　要：“大力发展和积极引导非公有制经济”是完善社会主义基本经济制度和社会主义市场经济体制的重要方面。我国现阶段的非公有制经济是中国特色的非公经济。正因为如此,需要在重新认识非公经济性质的基础上,保护非公有制经济的合法权利和利益。这是对马克思所有制理论的发展,可以从政治经济学原理中得到论证。It is one of the priorities to develop greatly and to guide actively NGO economy by improving the basic economic system of socialism and of market economy of socialism. The author takes this viewpoint that the present NGO economy in China is of Chinese characteristic, and therefore we should protect the legal right and interests of NGO econonomy in China based upon the recognition of China＇ s NGO economy. This can improve the ownership theory of Marxism, which can be testified by the principle of politic economy.
