摘  要:目的研究高张盐溶液对失血性休克的治疗与细胞的保护作用。方法用动脉放血至平均动脉压(MAP)为5·33kPa维持30min制作失血性休克的动物模型,分别用不同浓度的NaCl溶液治疗休克,观察MAP、血浆电解质(Na+、Cl-、K+)、血浆N-乙酰-β-葡萄糖酐酸酶(NAG)活性、丙二醛(MDA)浓度和动物存活时间。结果7·5%NaCl组中MAP明显高于其他浓度的NaCl组,血浆K+却明显低于其他浓度的NaCl组,并且血浆NAG、MDA也明显低于其他组,家兔的存活时间最长。结论7·5%NaCl溶液治疗早期失血性休克,可以减轻细胞损伤程度,提高动物的存活时间,明显优于其他浓度的高渗盐液。Objective To research the effects of hypertonic saline on the treatment and cell function in hemorrhagic shock. Methods It was reproduced that an animal model of hemorrhaged ( MAP = 5. 33kPa) for 30 minutes in rabbits, It was treated by saline solution, grouped as 5 groups in O. 9% , 2. 5% , 5.0% , 7. 5% , 10. 0% NaC1. It was analyzed in MAP and Na ^+ , Cl^ - 、 K^ + , NAG, MDA in plasma and survival times in rabbits. Results The MAP of 7.5% NaCl groups was significantly greater than others, but the level of K^+ , NAG, MDA was significantly lower than others, the survival times in 7.5% NaCl groups were the longest among the 5 groups. Conclusion These studies suggest that cell injury may be decreased in resuscitation with 7.5% NaCl in hemorrhagic shock.
