培哚普利联合葛根素治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨培哚普利联合葛根素治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效。方法符合入选标准的患者,均在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组(n=52)给予培哚普利及葛根素注射液;对照组(n=46)给予静脉滴注肌苷氯化钠注射液100ml,观察两组心功能的变化。结果治疗组心功能改善有效率为96·15%,对照组心功能改善有效率为80·43%,差别有显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论培哚普利联合葛根素治疗慢性心力衰竭临床有效,可明显改善心功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Perindopril and Puerarin treatment on chronic heart failure. MethOds Patients diagnosed as chronic heart failure were randomized into treatment group （ n = 52） and contrasting group （ n = 46）, All the patients of these two groups were given with routin treatment, patients of the treatment group were also treated with Perindopril and Puerarin for injectuin, the contrasting group were treated with Inosire and Sodium Chloride injection 100ml. The diversfication of cardiac function were observed. Results 96. 15% of the treatment group had improved in their cardiac function and 80. 43% of the contrasting group had improved （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Perindopril and Puerarin for injection on chronic heart failure is significantly effective in improving cardiac function.
