摘  要:主要研究了纳米碳管对磷铝酸盐复合水泥增韧作用及对其力学性能的影响。结果表明:在用化学试剂通过溶胶-凝胶法制备的磷铝酸盐复合水泥中掺入质量分数为0.4%的纳米碳管,水泥浆体1d,28d的劈裂强度分别比同龄期未掺纳米碳管的试样提高24.24%,14.38%,抗弯强度1d,28d比同龄期未掺纳米碳管试样提高了60.09%、29.42%。掺纳米碳管试样1d的断裂韧性提高了51.30%。SEM图像分析发现纳米碳管随机的分布在水泥基体中,与水泥基料产生较好的结合,基料水化和水化产物的形成及结晶过程中产生的应力可以通过增韧材料与基料间的界面吸收,同时可以有效地阻止裂纹的扩展,从而导致复合水泥的增强增韧。The reinforcement of phosphoaluminate composite cement with nano carbon tube and its effect on the mechanical properties were studied in this paper. The results show that phosphoaluminate composite cement was made from chemical reagents by sol-gel method, the splitting tensile strength of composite cement added with 0.4 % (mass ratio) nano carbon tube for 1 d and 28 d is 24.24% and 14.38, the flexural strength at the hydration ages for 1 d and 28 d is 60.09% and 29.42% and the rupture toughness for 1 d is 51.30% higher than that of blank samples. The SEM photos showed that fiber-reinforced materials which have been randomly distributed within the cement matrix linked well with the matrix, the stress existed in the production of hydration and the procedure of crystalline can be absorbed by the interfaces between reinforced materials and the matrix, meanwhile, the crack propagation can be effectively inhibited, so that the composite cement is reinforced and toughened.
