摘　　要：由福建省永安林业(集团)公司与连城县政府,购并5 746hm2林业用地,建立速生丰林基地。分析了基地建设的有利条件,介绍了基地规模与布局、建设方式、采伐规划等,并进行了投入产出分析,分析结果:投资回收期12.39年;年投资利润率18.54%;年投资利税率28.53%,具有较好的经济效益。Forestland of 5746 hrn2was purchased by Yongan Forest Company and Liangchen County government of Fujian province to establish fast- growing and high - yielding plantation base. The advantageous conditions for the base construction, and relevant scale and layout, constructing mode, cutting plan were identified. The outcome of input - output analysis showed 12 - 39 years as reciprocated period, annual profit ratio as 18. 54%, annual taxation ratio as 28. 53%, with better economic retums.
