摘　　要：T10A钢制作的打字模具在工作中发生尾部脆断或字母处崩刃,使用寿命不高。改用45钢整体调质处理及字母部位进行太阳能加热淬火,提高了整体的强韧性及字母部位的硬度和耐磨性,显著提高了打字模的使用寿命。Brittle service life were fracture occurred in the tail and word-head of type moulds made of TIOA steel dunng work, and their very short.The whole strength type moulds made of 45 steel in stead of T10A and solar energy quenching on the word-heads, and toughness and the hardness and wear resistance on word-head of the steel are improved remarkably through whole quenching and tempering and their service life increase greatly.
