摘　　要：利用原有的称重设备5#静态轨道衡,设计安装了HSST—2002JZ智能测控终端,并利用网络视频技术,开发了铁水轨道衡自动计量管理系统。使整个称重过程从车辆定位、车号识别、数据采集和汇总、计量状态显示到数据传输和共享、故障报警、照明控制等均自动完成,实现了大型衡器的无人值守、全自动计量。By installing HSST-2002JZ intelligent measuring terminal is in primary 5^# static track scales and using network video technique, the automatic measurement and management system is developed. The whole weight process from the vehicle location, the number recognition, the data collection and gathering and measuring state indication to the data transmission and share, the fault alarming, illumination control ete are accomplished automatically, realizing large weigher non-attended and automatic measurement.
