摘　　要：本文从智能建筑可持续发展战略、智能建筑节能规划、工程技术经济性分析等方面分析了智能建筑节能问题,提出了系统优化的原则并对智能建筑 BAS 系统控制方案优化方法进行了探讨。After analyzing the strategy for the sustainable development of intelligent building, the plan of energy efficiency and the engine economy analysis in intelligent buildings, this article indicates the strategy of optimal rules to solve the problems of energy efficiency in intelligent buildings mentioned above. And it discusses the optimal rules of BAS control in intelligent building.
