摘 要:采用人工授精法以奥利亚罗非鱼(Oreochromisaurea)为母本,鳜(Sinipercaahuasti)为父本,获得了能正常发育的后代。利用微量全血培养法对奥利亚罗非鱼、鳜及它们杂交后代的染色体数目和核型进行了分析,结果表明,奥利亚罗非鱼染色体数!"2n=44,核型公式为6sm+24st+14t,染色体臂数(NF)=50;鳜鱼为2n=48,核型公式为8sm+4st+36t,NF=56;杂交后代为2n=44,核型公式为6sm+26st+12t,NF=50。经对比分析,杂交后代与奥利亚罗非鱼的核型相似。The progenies of the distant hybridization between Oreochromis aurea ( ♀ ) and Siniperca ahuasti ( ♂ ) were successfully obtained through years of research. And their karyotypes were studied by half-micro blood lymphocytic cell cultivation. The result indicated that the diploid chromosome number of O. aurea ( ♀ ) was 2n =44, and karyotype formula was 6sm+24st+14t, arm number (NF) =50; the diploid chromosome number of S. chuatsi ( ♂ ) was 2n =48, and karyotype formula was 8sm+4st+36t, NF=56; the diploid chromosome number of their progenies was 2n =44, chromosome formula was 6sm+26st+12t, NF=50. The results showed the karyotypes between O. aurea ( ♀ ) and progenies were similar by comparison.
