摘　　要：一本具有专业水准的书籍或教材都是按章节编写的,书的前面有扉页、前言等,这样的页一般不需设置页码。接着是该书的目录,目录页的页码是单独设置的,有的用【I,II,III,…】作为页码,或者其他形式的页码。书籍正文页码一般用【1,2,3,…】作为页码,而且每章的首页、奇偶页的页眉和页脚与其他章都不一样。如果书中有图片,书中的图片编号一般是按章节编号的,编号格式为【图1-1,图1-2…,图2-1,图2-2,…】。对于这些编书的问题,我们利用Word都可以实现,本文详细介绍了在Word中上述编书的技术问题。A professional book is usually ordered by chapter, also it has head page and preface etc, which do not need the page number. Fol- lowing the head page and preface is the catalog, the page number of which are set separately as [Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,…] or other kind of forms. The page number of the text is like [1,2,3,…] , and the page header and page footer of the first page and the odd/even page are different from chapter to chapter. If there are charts in the book, they are numbered by the chapter such as [Chart 1-1,Chart 1-2…,Chart 2-1,Chart 2-2…] and so on. Utilizing Word can solve all the requirements encountered in editing the book; this paper presents the technology in detail.
