摘　　要：从“三个代表”重要思想出发,阐述了反腐倡廉必须坚持执纪为民的理念,把执政为民贯彻到党的纪律检查工作中,特别是预防腐败、惩治腐败中,并与纪检监察人员的素质、工作作风联系在一起,对纪检监察人员提高执政能力有很强的指导意义。Based on the important theory of ＂Three Representatives＂, this study presents the detailed methods and issues to implement disciplines for the people in combating corruption and initiating honesty. The paper suggests that the quality and working style of discipline inspection staff should be integrated into executing discipline inspection of the Party, especially how to take preventive measures against corruption, to punish corruptive conducts and how to insist on the ideal of implementing disciplines for the people. The findings indicate great instructive significance in our work.
