摘　　要：对天津市１５３０名７岁～１４岁学龄儿童进行了血压分布及其影响因素的研究。结果显示：儿童血压水平随年龄增加而升高，性别间无明显差异。多元逐步回归分析显示，体重、体重指数分别是收缩压、舒张压最主要的影响因素，身高、脉率及父母高血压史对血压有明显的影响。We conducted the study in 1530 school children aged 7～14 years in Tianjin to find out the blood pressure levels and its determinants in children.The results showed that the blood pressure levels increased with age and had no significant difference between sexes.The multivariate step wise regression analysis demonstrated that weight,BMI was the most important factor for SBP and DBP respectively and the other factors influencing blood pressure were height,pulse rate and the parents'history of hypertension.
