关于心肌力学微机处理方法的研究

摘　　要：心肌力学指心肌收缩或舒张功能（或能力），对心脏功能的评价很有实用价值。用微机测算Ｖｍａｘ值来代替人工较繁琐的心肌力学测算，结果显示优于人工计算结果。两组测算经ｔ检验无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。In this paper,we make use of the methods of computer analysis to survey the index of myocardial mechanics(Vmax).It is possibly.The results between two groups(computer and artificial method) are no difference by t test.The results of computer are better then artificial method,The myocardial mechanics is diastolic and systolic function of myocardium.It is certain practiocal value for the evaluation of the heart function.
