摘　　要：细说是非标志的概念、平均数及其方差。以实际的例子阐述:两个是非标志的相关程度;两个是非标志相关条件下的抽样估计。Explain the conception of the mark of yes or no and average number and its involution difference. Expound on the fact example： the interrelated degree of two marks of yes or on,sample estimate in the condition of two mark of yes or no.
