时差减影法临床应用及其在心脏疾患中诊断价值的探讨

摘　　要：本文报道了在数字减影造影(DSA)中另一种不同的减影方法即时差减影法(TID)的原理、操作及效果,并讨论了300余人次各不同病种临床病例的 TID 和 DSA 造影的对照观察。结果发现,TID 的减影效果较 DSA 更为满意,并能更好地反映血流动态和显示解剖细节。另外。对12种不同病变的 TID表现作了分析和介绍。Time Interval Difference(TID)is a different type of subtraction method which can be used during Digital Subtraction Angiography(DSA)examination.The princi- ple,operation and results of TID were discussed,and about 300 examinations on different clinical cases were observed and the findings compared with that of DSA.It was found that the TID subtraction effect was more satisfactory than DSA,and it also reflected the hemo- dynamics and anatomical details more precisely.This paper included also analysis of TID manifestations of 12 different types of cardiac diseases.
