摘  要:在分析条纹投影测量物体轮廓方法的基础上,针对不规则小尺寸凹陷物体提出一种新的投影方法,采用激光光源和空间光调制器代替常用的投影仪,解决了小尺寸凹陷物体表面轮廓测量问题.在图像处理方面沿用了傅立叶变换技术,在滤波方面改进了传统滤波方法,实现了自动滤波处理.利用该投影系统和改进后的滤波技术对具有不规则小尺寸凹陷的物体进行了实际测量,证实了该方法的可行性.Based on analyzing the profile measurement with fringe projection,a new system of projection to measure the object with small size irregular concave was proposed. This method, which adopts laser light source and spatial light modulator to replace the commonly used projector,can measure small size objects and the structure is not complex. In image processing ,the fourier transform method was adopted. the filter method was improved and realized the automatic filter for the object. One small size object with irregular and concave surface was measured experimentally by the new system of projection and improved filter. The results verified that this method is feasibility.
