摘　　要：本文对企业逆向物流模式选择的原因及影响因素进行了初步探讨,通过对自营、联营和外包三种模式的比较分析,提出应在充分了解各种模式的优势和劣势的基础上,选择适合企业发展的逆向物流模式。This paper discusses the reasons of enterprise＇s verse logistics model selection and relevant factors. A conclusion should be drawn that reverse logistics model is more proper for enterprises by comparing self-employed, outsourcing and logistics alliance based on fully understanding the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of models.
