摘　　要：随着物流理论的不断发展和第三方物流实践的不断深入,客观上要求建立与之相适应的绩效评价方法,并确定相应的绩效评价指标体系,以科学、客观地反映第三方物流企业的运营情况。With the development of the logistics theory and the third party logistics practice, a kind of suitable performance evaluation method is in great need, in which a system of performance evaluation indexes can be decided to show the operational situation of the third party logistics enterprises.
