药材五鹤续断野生转家种生理特性研究

摘　　要：通过对野生的五鹤续断及其GAP规范化人工栽培类型在生物量与含水量、总生物碱和多糖等部分有效成分的含量、总灰分元素和无机元素的含量等生理参数方面的比较分析,结果表明:在五鹤续断GAP规范化种植基地,从几项生理指标考虑,人工栽培种植的五鹤续断更优于该环境中其野生类型。Some chemical constituents of the roots of Wu -He Dipsacus of different growing years were studied, including the contents of zinc, lead, cadmium, mercury, calcium and its ash; the determinations of alkaloids, polysaccharide and soluble sugar, protein and amino acid. Results showed that in these physiological characters, the quality of cultivated form is superior to that of its wild type in the same environment.
