手掌参-37味丸的药理作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究蒙药手掌参-37丸的药理作用并为其临床应用提供理论依据。方法LPO,SOD活性测定;壮阳实验等。结果手掌参-37丸可使血清及肝组织中过氧化脂质明显降低,增强红细胞及肝中SOD的活性;缩短阴茎勃起潜伏期及射精潜伏期,增多射精次数。结论手掌参-37丸能增强免疫功能、性功能,有一定的延缓衰老作用。Objective To research the pharmacologic effects of Mongolian Medicine Shouzhangshcn-37 Pill and provide theoretical basis for its clinical application. Methods Determination of LPO and SOD activity, experiment of strengthening yang. Results The tests indicated the Shouzhangshen -37 Pilule could decrease serum and lipid peroxidation in liver obviously and increase activity of red blood cell and SOD in liver, shorten incubation period of priapism and ejaculation ; increase the times of ejaculation. Conclusion Shouzhangshen- 37 Pill can strengthen immune function and sexual function,delay senility,above mentioned function are pharmacological basis for Guchen capsule in clinical application.
