珍珠水解工艺的正交实验及微量元素的测定

摘  要:目的 用L9(3^4)正交实验确定水解珍珠的最佳工艺。方法 以水解获得的水溶性珍珠粉重量和含氮比为指标综合评分,考察各因素的影响。结果 最佳工艺为20%酸浓度,水解温度65℃,水解时间3h,搅拌速度250r/min;水溶性珍珠粉含氮量为0.69%~0.083;水溶性珍珠粉含Ca,Mg,Cu,Fe,Zn,Sr,Se等人体必需的常量和微量元素。结论 酸水解方法不仅适于珍珠的水解工艺,还为水溶性珍珠粉的工业化生产提供了依据。Objective To optimize the process of pearl hydrolyzing by lactic acid. Methods The effect of the factors considered was investigated by using the weight and nitrogen content of water - soluble pearl powder obtained by hydrolyzing as index. Resuits Optimal program was to hydrolyze pearl 3 hours with 20% lactic acid,65℃ hydrolyzing temperature and 250 r/min agitating speed; the nitrogen content of water - soluble pearl powder was 0. 069% ~ 0. 083 % ; The water - soluble pearl powder contained many macro elements and trace elements essential to human body. Conclusion The method of acid hydrolyzing is fit for the hydrolyzing of pearl and also provides a basis for the industrialized production of water - soluble pearl powder.
