香附不同溶剂提取物对痛经模型的影响

摘　　要：目的确定香附治疗痛经的有效部位。方法观察香附有机溶剂系统分离的提取部位对缩宫素所致小鼠痛经模型的影响。结果香附的石油醚、乙酸乙酯部位能明显减少缩宫素所致的小鼠扭体次数,与模型组对照有极显著性或显著性差异。结论香附的石油醚、乙酸乙酯部位是治疗痛经的有效部位。Objective To confirm the effective part of Rhizoma Cyperi on dysmenorrhea. Methods The effect of different solvent -extracts of Rhizoma Cyperi on dysmenorrhcal model induced by oxytocin. Results Petroleum ether,Ethyl acetate parts of Rhizoma Cyperi can obviously decrease the rate of the mouse twisting reaction induced by oxytocin,compared with the model group, they have signifieant or very significant difference. Conclusion Petroleum ether、 Ethyl acetate parts of Rhizoma Cyperi are the effective parts on dysmenorrhea.
