摘  要:目的探讨生姜中总黄酮的提取及鉴别方法,以充分利用生姜植物资源,避免资源的浪费。方法采用纯物理的工艺流程过程和紫外线分光光度法从生姜中提取黄酮类物质,对所提取的黄酮类物质进行验证。结果测得生姜样品中总黄酮的含量C=2.63%。回收率为97.8%,其纯度和产率均较高。结论该方法采用全物理过程,无任何化学变化及污染,是提取生姜中黄酮类物质的有效途径。Objective In order to make use of the resources of the gingers, avoid wasting, approach the extraction and determination contents of the total flavanone of the gingers. Methods Use purely physical process flow and spectrophotometry to introduce the method of which extracted the flavanone from the gingers, and check the flavanone which extracted from the Lotus rhizome. Results The content of the total flavanone of gingers was 2.63% and the rate of recovery was 97.8%. Conclusion This method is purely physical process, and have no chemical polution. It was ideal ways to extract the flavanone of gingers.
