摘  要:目的完善和提高蓝花药质量标准。方法采用显微鉴别法对蓝花药中石膏(偏光)、青黛、儿茶、琥珀、滑石、冰片(升华产物)进行显微鉴别;采用TLC法对处方中的青黛、冰片进行定性鉴别;采用滴定法测定硼砂中Na2B4O7.10H2O的含量。结果通过显微鉴别出石膏(偏光)、青黛、儿茶、琥珀、滑石、冰片;在TLC色谱中均能检出青黛中的靛蓝、靛玉红,冰片中的龙脑;通过滴定法测得硼砂中Na2B4O7.10H2O的含量稳定、可靠,平均回收率为101.8%,RSD为1.72%。结论该方法能够对蓝花药进行准确、快速地定性、定量分析,稳定、可靠,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality control standard of Lanhuayao. Methods Indigo and indirubin in Indigo naturalis, Bomelum syntheticum were identified by TLC; Na2B4O7 · 10H2O in broax was carried out by acid-base titration. Results Indigo, indirubin,Bomelum syntheticurn can be identified by TLC; The content of Na2B4O7 · 10H2o in broax can be determined by acid -base- titriation, the average recovery was 101.8% and RSD was 1.72%. Conclusion The methods are accurate and quick, which can be used for the quality control of Lanhuayao.
