摘  要:目的研究荠菜抗炎药理作用。方法分别用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀,冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加及小鼠扭体反应,酵母多糖A、角叉菜胶、制霉菌素致大鼠或小鼠足趾肿胀模型,ig给药,观察荠菜的抗炎作用。结果荠菜能减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀、冰醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加,角叉菜胶、酵母多糖A所致大鼠足趾肿胀,但对制霉菌素所致的炎症模型无明显作用。结论荠菜具有一定的抗炎作用,其机理涉及对多种炎症介质的抑制,抗炎作用能部分解释荠菜生药的传统功效。Objective To study the anti -inflammatory effect of Capsellae bursa -pastoris. Methods The models of auricular edema in mice induced by dimethyl benzene,increased permeability of celiac blood capillary and body - twisting reaction induced by acetic acid, pawswelling induced by zymosan A, carrageenan and mystatin in rats or in mice were prepared. Then Capsellae Bursa -pastoris was given to the rats or mice by ig. Results Capsellae bursa -pastoris inhibited the auricular edema, decreased the permeability of celiac blood capillary, reduced the paw swelling induced by carrageenan and zymosan A, but not by nystation. Conclusion Capsellae bursa -pastoris exhibits obvious anti -inflammatory effects.
