摘　　要：随着我国建设事业的迅速发展,机电安装工程也越来越大,为了能够更好的完成机电安装工程,对机电安装进行项目管理的工作越来越重要,总结几年的设备施工管理工作经验,对机电安装工程项目管理进行阐述。With the rapid development of construction cause in our country even electromeehanieal installation works are getting great and great. In order to complete these works better the project management of electromechanical installation is getting more and more important. The experience for equipment construction management in several years is summarized. The project management of electromechanieal installation words is expounded.
