摘　　要：目的:探讨应用前臂静脉网状皮瓣游离移植修复手指小面积皮肤软组织缺损的效果。方法:临床应用12例,其中示中环指背侧4例、掌侧5例、拇指背侧3例。所选血管、神经均为指动脉、指背静脉及指神经。结果:游离移植12例全部成活,成功率100%。结论:应用前臂静脉网状皮瓣游离移植修复手指小面积皮肤软组织缺损是切实可靠的方法,切取皮瓣大小在1.2cm×1.5cm￣4.0cm×6.0cm。Objective To study the effects of forearm vein net free skinflaps in the repair of finger skin and soft tissue defects. Method 12 cases are operated, 4 dorsal , 5 ventral in the index,middle and ring fingers respectively 5 dorsal of thumbs. Selected blood vessel, nerve are finger artery,finger vein and finger nerve. Results All the freely graft cases live, the success rate was 100%. Conclusion Forearm vein net free skin flaps used to repair finger small skin and soft tissue defect is a realiable method,the optimal sizes of skin flaps are（ 1.2cm× 1.5cm）-（4.0cm×6.0）cm.
