摘  要:采用硬脂酸单甘酯(GM)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚(PE220)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料,合成了水基聚氨酯分散体,研究了硬脂酸单甘酯添加量对相同羧基含量下,聚氨酯水分散体粒径大小、分散体稳定性及涂膜性能的影响,并应用傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)测定反应产物的结构,应用激光纳米粒度仪,研究分散体乳液稳定性随着时间变化的关系。研究表明:硬脂酸单甘酯的引入,能够提高水基聚氨酯涂膜的物理机械性能和耐水性,当硬脂酸单甘酯添加量为5%、NCO/OH摩尔比为1.5∶1、羧基含量的质量分数在1.50%时,可得到固体质量分数为35%、贮存期在12个月以上的稳定性水基聚氨酯分散体,制得的水基聚氨酯涂料,具有较好的成膜性、柔软性和良好的耐水性。A kind of waterbom polyurethane emulsion is prepared by acetone process with glycerol monostearate(GM), IPDI, DMPA Polyetherglycol(PE220 Mn = 2000), and triethylamine(TEA) as neutralized reagent. The structure of WPU film is characterized by ATR. Effects of the amount of hydrophobie monomers glycerol monostearate(GM) on stability of emulsion and water- resistance of the film are investigated. It was found that, with increased GM content, particle size of emulsion increased, water absorption of emulsion films decreased, tensile strength decreased and breaking enlongation was increased. The emulsion had excellent film- forming property, the film had moderate hardness and good resistances to water. The result showed the stability of emulsion and water- resistance of the film increased greatly and the film had good mechanical properties when the amount of GM is about 5 %, NCO/OH is aboutl. 5 : 1, and carboxyl content is 1.50 %.
