摘 要:目的探讨个体化健康教育程序在儿科中应用的效果。方法将380例患儿及家属随机分为对照组和观察组各190例。对照组按传统的健康教育方法,观察组按个体化健康教育程序进行宣教,将2组效果评价进行对比。结果观察组对健康知识和行为技能的掌握率以及护理满意率分别为96.84%、97.89%和95.78%,对照组分别为84.21%、63.15%和85.21%,上述指标观察组均显著高于对照组。结论应用个体化健康教育程序能有效提高健康教育效果和护理满意度。Objective To make sure the effects of using individual health education procedure in the pediatrics department. Methods Divided 380 children and their parents into the treatment group and the control group randomly, there were 190 cases in the each group. Using the individual health education procedure in the treatment group and the traditional health education method was used in the control group. Compared the clinical effects between these 2 groups. Results The rates of had mastered healthy knowledge and skills and the satisfaction for nursing in the treatment group were 96.84 %, 97.89% and 95.87% respectively, while the corresponding rates in the control group were 84.21%, 63.15 % and 85.21%, there were significant differences between 2 groups for these rates, P 〈 0.01.
