病人入院护理评估中的缺陷及干预措施

摘　　要：入院病人的评估直接影响着病人住院期间的整体护理质量。在病人入院护理评估单的检查中,发现在入院评估完成时间、评估资料完整性、阳性资料准确性、评估方法规范性和质量控制有效性等方面存在缺陷。通过加强教育提高认识、规范护理体检程序、加强环节质量监控等方法可以提高护理入院评估质量,促进整体护理质量的进一步提高。Admission assessment was a Very important section of hospitalization assessment and influenced the holistic nursing quality during the whole hospitalization. By analyzing the nursing admission assessment record, it was found that there were some problems in the time when admission assessment finished, the integrity of assessment record, the accuracy of positive data, the regularity of assessment method and effectiveness of quality control. In order to improve nursing admission assessment and holistic nursing quality, it should strengthen education to increase cognition, standardize nursing assessment procedure, and strengthen quality control.
