病区护理科研管理的实践与体会

摘　　要：为探讨病区护理科研管理的方法,促进专科护理的发展,科内建立健全了护理科研管理制度。自1996年对护理科研工作进行规范化管理以来,极大地激发了护士科研的创新意识和开展科研的积极性,论文见刊数量逐年上升,其中有两项护理成果获得市科技进步三等奖,一项获得市巾帼科技建功奖,一项获市科协首届学术年会优秀论文三等奖。病区护理课题与临床实践紧密结合,使日常平凡的护理工作变成了科研的实践,促进了护理工作的规范化及专科护理的发展。To explore the management method of nursing research management in cardiac and chest surgery department and promote the development of specific nursing, nursing research management system was developed. Since carrying on standardized management to nursing research in 1996, the innovative idea and scientific research consciousness of nurses have been encouraged significantly, the articles published on journals have been increasing year by year, several awards have been obtained by nurses： two Third-class Awards of Science Progress Prize, one Woman Award of Science and Technology, one Third-class Outstanding Thesis Awards of the First Annual Academic Meeting held by Shantou Scientific and Technological Association. It have made the daily nursing into scientific research practice and promoted the standardization and specialization of nursing service to combine nursing research with clinical practice closely.
