摘　　要：我国与较多国家发生贸易摩擦的数量增多、范围扩大、手段多种多样。摩擦原因有价格、出口额、技术标准等方面的,也有企业自身和政治的。应采取规范出口竞争秩序、强化行业协会等中介组织的作用、转移制造基地、建立贸易摩擦预警机制等措施,以改善贸易环境。Cases of trade friction have been on the increase between China and other countries. This paper analyses the present situation and causes of this friction and puts forward effective counter- measures such as standardization of export competition order, strengthening the function of middling organizations, transferring manufacturing bases and establishing trade friction early warning mechanisms.
