摘　　要：目的探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效.方法2000年5月至2004年12月运用锁骨钩钢板治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位21例,19例获得随访,随访8～18个月,平均12个月,术后7～12个月（平均9个月）取出内固定.结果按Karlsson标准进行评价,优良15例,满意4例,无切口感染,内固定失败等并发症,肩锁关节无再脱位.结论锁骨钩钢板是治疗肩锁关节脱位的一种良好的方法.Objective To manage the clinical effects of clavicula hook plate in treatment of cucromioclavicular dislocation. Methods From May 2000 to December 2004, treated the Tossy Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation 21 cases with the clavicula hook plate. 19 cases had followed - up survey, Follow - up survey 8 - 18 months. Average 12 months. 7 - 12 months （ average 9 months） taken out the interior fixator. Results According to Karlsson, s Criteria, excellent results of 15 cases. Satisfaction results of 4 eases. There was no infection of incisional wound cases, and acromioclavicular dislocation aqain. Conclusion clavicula hook plate in treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation is a excellent way.
