复杂耳前瘘管的诊治探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗复杂耳前瘘管比较可靠的方法。方法回顾分析了1984年至2003年我科治疗的86例耳前瘘管中的18例比较复杂者,采用术前20%三氯醋酸、生理盐水反复冲洗,三日后手术切除。并进行长期随访。结果18例患者经治疗后,伤口均一期愈合,术后无复发。结论术前三氯醋酸、生理盐水反复冲洗加手术切除是治疗复杂耳前瘘管既经济方便、疗效又可靠的方法。Objective To discuss the reliable method for the treatment of complicated preauricular fistula, Methods The treatment of 18 cases of complicated preanricular fistula from 1984 to 2003 were reviewed, The fistula was douched with 20% trichloroacetic acid and physiological saline repeatedly before operation and resectod three days later. A long - term follow - up was conducted thereafter. Results The wound of 18 cases all had first intention after treatment and didn＇t have recurrence. Conclusion The method we used is economic and effective for the treatment of preauricular fistula.
