唐山市实现新型工业化道路的可行性分析

摘　　要：新型工业化道路,就是要大力推进国民经济和社会信息化,在政务、商务和国民经济其他领域广泛应用信息技术。在着力发展高新技术产业的同时,用信息技术和其他高新技术、先进适用技术提升传统产业,实现产业结构的优化升级。唐山市走新型工业化道路的总体思路：依托传统产业,壮大比较优势；依托京津优势,加强基地建设；依托港口优势,调整生产力布局；加快发展高新技术产业,培育新的经济增长点；加快技术创新步伐,提高企业核心竞争力；广泛采用信息技术,加快信息化带动工业化步伐；优化生产力布局,加快工业园区建设；实施名牌战略,调整优化产品结构；壮大非公有制经济,优化所有制结构。The path to new- type industrialization is to push forward information of national economy and society, and use the information technology extensively in the fields of other government affairs, commercial affairs and national economy. While putting forth exertions to develop the new high-tech in dustry, promote the traditional industry with information thechnology,other new and high technology and advanced and applicable techniques to realize the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure. The general thinking of the path to new-type industriali Zation of Tangshan is as follows：rely on the traditional industry, strengthen the comparative advantage ;rely on the Beijing- Tianjin advantage,strengthen the construction of base;rely on the port advantage, adjust the overall arrangement of productivity;accelerate the development of the new high-tecb industry,forster new growth engines;accelerate technological innovation paces and improve enterprise＇ s key competitiveness ; adopt the information technology extensively and quicken the steps of driving industrialization in information ; optimize the overall arrangement of productivity and accelerate the construction of industrial park ;implement famous brand strategy and adjust and optimize the structure of products ;strengthen non- public economy and optimize the structure of ownership.
