摘 要:研究了稀土钼阴极的热发射、次级发射及亚微米结构钪钨基扩散阴极的热发射性能.结果表明,La2O3-Mo热阴极具有良好的热电子发射性能并具有抗暴露大气的能力.稀土钼次级发射材料经过1000~1200℃的高温激活处理后,材料的最大次级发射系数超过4.0.湿法冶金方法制备的亚微米结构钪钨基扩散阴极850℃b时电流密度可达47 A/cm^2,且阴极表面的发射均匀性较普通钪酸盐阴极有明显的改善.The thermionic emission properties of rare earth doped molybdenum cathode and impregnated cathode with sub-micron scandia doped tungsten matrix, and the secondary emission property of rare earth doped molybdenum cathode have been studied in this paper. It was shown that La2O3-Mo cathode had good thermionic emission property and the capability of anti-exposition to the atmosphere. The maximum secondary emission coefficient of the rare earth doped molybdenum cathodes activated at 1000-1200℃ could exceed 4.0. The im- pregnated cathodes with sub-micron scandia doped tungsten matrix exhibited excellent emission property. The current densities of more than 30 A/cm^2 at 850℃ b could be obtained, and the emission homogeneity was improved with the ordinary scandate cathode.
