摘  要:球墨铸铁具有良好的综合机械性能,但其铸造质量不太稳定,通过制订合理的铸造工艺,并在铁水中加入合金元素铜,使球铁基体组织得以细化和稳定,减少铸态曲轴缩孔、缩松和夹渣等缺陷,采用正火方法得到强度高的珠光体球墨铸铁基体组织,解决了球墨铸铁曲轴轴颈表面淬火裂纹及烧伤现象。Nodular cast iron has good compositive mecnamcal,properties,however,its cast quality is unstable By designing rational cast technics and adding alloy element Cu, the matrix structure of nodular cast iron can be thinned and stabilized. Furthermore, some defects, such as shrinkage cavity, shrinkage porosity and cinder inclusion can be reduced. Through normalizing, can get high strength pearlite nodular cast iron matrix structure and then quenching crack appearing on surface of nodular cast iron crankshaft and burning can be avoided.
