摘　　要：指出我国研究生招生工作中人才观存在着“惟分数至上”的误区以及尽快加以更新的必要性。同时提出必须用科学的人才观来指导研究生招生工作。The article points China that test score is most that it is necessary, to set up out that there is a misunderstanding in the work of enrolling postgraduates in important, and it is urgent to correct it, and in the meantime, puts forward scientific outlook on talent in the work of enrolling postgraduates.
