摘  要:乙炔-空气混合气的爆炸是一种较为典型的气相爆轰问题,为了便于求解乙炔空气爆炸后的流场,首先对气相爆轰的爆轰参数进行求解。根据理想气体状态方程、等熵方程、质量和动量守恒方程,计算出爆炸后的冲击波参数;利用VB语言,编制气相爆炸参数的计算程序,尽管计算结果有一定的误差,但将该程序得到的数值作为后续流场数值计算的初值,对进行安全设计、安全评估,仍然具有较大的可信性。工程应用方面重点介绍了利用燃气爆炸技术进行吹灰器改造的实例,方案充分考虑了锅炉省煤器的结构特点、运行方式和受热面积灰状况,并成功地解决了冲击波吹灰器在高温烟气区域燃气的自燃、管道回火等技术问题。该清灰技术具有性能可靠、维护方便、投资少的特点,可大幅度降低排烟温度,提高锅炉热效率。The air- ethyne mixed gas explode is a typical gas-phrase detonating. For the sake of to seek the solution of flowfield which after air- ethyne mixed gas detonating easily. It must unbind the C-J parameter of gas-phrase detonating. According ideal-gas equation, entropy equation, mass and momentum equation, we will figure out the C-J parameter of gasphrase detonating. Using VB language we waited programs to calculate C-J parameter of gas-phrase detonating. The calculate result have some warp. Despite this, used the programs to calculate C-J parameter as the initial value, there are more creditability for safety design and safety evaluate. For the engineering application, introduces an example for soot-blower alteration that used Gas Detonating technology. The soot-blower alteration has fully taken into account the constructer of economizer, boiler running condition and the situation of ash on the economizer. And solved the technical problems when the Shock wave Soot-blower be used in the high temperature areas, such as gas serf-ignite and backfire. The technology has reliable performance, easy maintenance, and low initial investment, reducing flue gas temperature greatly, and increased boiler thermal efficiency.
