摘  要:山东鲁能沾化电厂3号机组调试启动过程中,由于运行参数不当引发汽轮机转子热不平衡、转子受到不均匀的轴向推力以及轴承稳定性恶化等问题,导致轴系振动超标而多次打闸停机或跳机,文中具体分析了故障产生的机理及改进措施,最终振动符合达标要求。此外,机组冲转过程中因转子轴向推力过大、进油量不足和轴承内动静部件之间的间隙过小等因素,使得工作推力轴承瓦块温度过高;打闸停机瞬间向发电机方向的轴向位移突然迅速增大,翻瓦检查发现推力轴承瓦块磨损,分析认为停机时产生的不均匀轴向推力和过高的轴承温度导致了划瓦,采取适当的处理措施,效果明显。During commissioning and start-up of the NO.3 steam turbo-generator set in Luneng Zhanhua Power Plant, inappropriate operation parameters resulted in thermal unbalance and asymmetric axial force of the steam turbine rotor, and bearing stability worsening. Consequently, shaft system vibration was excessive and the turbo-generator stopped or tripped several times. This paper analyzes the mechanism of vibration failure concretely and introduces the adopted measures, and eventually shaft system vibration meets the requirement of coming up to the standard. Additionally, thrust bearing tile temperature was overhigh during start-up because of excessive rotor axial force, insufficient intake of lube oil, and less clearance between moving and fixed parts of the bearing, and so on. The generator-ward axial displacement rose suddenly when the turbo-generator stopping. Turned over the thrust bearing tiles and found that they were all worn to some extent. Ascertain that high bearing temperature and uneven axial force lead to wearing of the thrust bearing tiles. Take the corresponding measures and the effect is very prominent.
