摘　　要：提出了基于TMS320LF2407DSP的一种新型数字绝缘测试仪的设计及实现,本测试仪不仅可以测量高压电气设备的介质损耗因数,也可实现MOA避雷器泄漏电流测量。本设计方案中采用14位高速AD芯片MAX125进行3通道同时采样,用TMS320LF2407进行512点FFT运算,具有高精度,高可靠性的特点。A novel digital meter of insulation parameters based on TMS320LF2407 DSP is presented in this paper. The meter is not only used for detecting the dielectric loss of the electric equipments , but also used for measuring the leakage current of MOA. It contains a 14-bit , high-speed, analog-to-digital converter MAX125 which carries out 3 channels simultaneous-sampling and TMS320LF2407 DSP which performs 512 points FFT transformation, the analysis system has higher performance- to- precision and reliability.
