摘  要:对甘蔗栽培种与细茎野生种及其F1、BC1杂交获得的细茎野生种的F1、BC1、BC2杂交后代进行了研究。结果表明:甘蔗与细茎野生种及其F1、BC1之间的杂交容易成功,其亲和力强、结实率与杂交真实率都比较高,容易获得它们的真实杂交种,并通过抗性、糖分、产量鉴定,获得一些抗旱、抗寒、抗黑穗病、高产、高糖的优良创新种质,为选育抗逆性、抗病性强、高产、高糖的优良亲本和优良品种奠定了基础。The applied research results of the S.spontaneurn in sugarcane breeding were reported in this paper. Some progenies of S.spontaneurn such F1, BC1 and BC2 have been obtained through crossing between the cultispecies and S.spontaneum (and its F1, BC1).The results showed that it is easy to be crossed between the cultispecies and S.spontaneurn (and its F1, BC1), their affinity was strong, both their seeding rate and true rate of crossing were more higher, and true hybrids were easy to be obtained. Some good innovation idioplasms with drought-resistant, cold-resistant, smut-resistant, high yield and sucrose content had been obtained through appraisal. It might be contributed for selecting some tolerance-resistant, disease-resistant, high yield, high sucrose content promising parent and superior varieties.
