摘  要:对扁挤压筒的三维光弹性实验分析,其结果和众多文献资料所用均布挤压力和装配力的分布情况有所不同;文章结合有限元分析手段对该结果作进一步的研究,并与实验结果以及基于均布力假设的数值结果作比较;结果表明,与实验结果基本吻合,而与均布力假设结果有一定的差别。The result of three dimensional photoelastic experiment on the flat extrusion container, which has been made before, is different from those based on the hypotheses of the even extruding pressure and the even assembling pressure in other literature. In the paper, the stresses of the container are further analyzed by the finite element method(FEM) in NASTRAN based on the result of the experiment. The FEM result is compared with the experimental result and the computing result under the even pressure respectively,and it is similar to the former and different from the latter.
