摘　　要：目的 探讨多发伤救治一体化的措施。方法 对我院1991～2002年间救治的多发伤536例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 抢救成功423例，成功率78．9％，死亡113例，死亡率21．1％。结论 开展多发伤救治一体化是提高救治成功率的有效途径，对于多发伤的救治有着重要的意义。Objective To explore the effective measures for treatment of muhiple trauma. Methods The clinical data of 536 cases with multiple trauma from 1991 to 2002 were applied to study. Results Of 536 cases,423 survived with a success rate of 78.9% and 113 died with the mortality of 21.1%. Conclusions The integrated treatment is an effective way to improve the curative rate of muhiple trauma and has an important meaning to the treatment of muhiple trauma.
