摘　　要：宝钢一、二期过程计算机正面临设备老化、功能满足不了生产与质量控制日益增长的要求的状况。如何对过程计算机系统进行硬件更新、软件移植与扩充,是一个值得研究的课题。钢管1号油套管线 SDS 过程计算机整体技术改造在这方面以及计算机技术(如多媒体、网络等)的应用方面作出了有益的探索。The Process computers of project phase Ⅰ&Ⅱ of Bao Steel are facing with the problems of being aged and that the function can not satisfy the in- creasing demand in production and quality control.It is worth studying the hard- ware transformation and the application software transplantation and expansion. The integrative technical renovation of SDS process computer of No.1 casing tube line will serve as a useful exploration in this respect and the computer application (such as multimedia and network,etc.).
