摘 要:系统地研究了N-辛烷基-β-氨基丙酸甲酯(SF8)的结构与性能,对其紫外光谱特性、等电点、表面活性及起泡性能进行了检测。浮选试验结果表明,在自然pH条件下,SF8对石英和石榴子石具有较强捕收能力,而对萤石和赤铁矿捕收能力很弱;对萤石-石英-石榴子石及赤铁矿-石英人工混合矿进行浮选分离,获得了满意结果,表明SF8是一种高选择性的脱硅浮选捕收剂。机理研究表明,SF8在硅酸盐矿物表面的吸附。A systematical study is made of the structure and properties N octyl aminomethyl acrylate(SF 8). Measurement is carried out of its ultraviolet spectrum characteristics, isoelectric point, surface activity and frothering performance. The results of flotation test show that at natural pH value, SF 8 has stronger collective power for quartz and garnet, but very weak power for fluor and hematite. In flotation separation of fluor quartz garnet mixture or hematite quartz mixture, satisfactory results were obtained. This shows that SF 8 is an efficient collector for desilication in flotation. The adsorption of SF 8 on the surface of silicate is attributed to the cehlation produced mainly by electrostatic force and then hydrogen bond.
