对新时期大学文化建设的思考

摘　　要：大学肩负着创新科学技术、培育高素质人才、传承民族文化、传播先进思想的使命。大学文化建设就是为了创造一个保证大学总体目标能够实现的环境和气氛。文章从大学、大学文化的内涵,大学文化的作用,大学精神衰微现象等方面分析探讨大学文化建设问题。认为大学文化的建设应从培育大学精神、提升大学文化品位入手,同时还必须建立相应的制度保证大学文化建设的长期进行和统一管理。College and universities bear the missions of innovating science and technology, fostering talents of high quality and spreading the advanced culture and ideology. The purpose of building the college culture is to create the environment and atmosphere that ensure the realization of the missions. The paper explores the building of college culture from the perspectives of the connotations of college and university and college culture, the functions of the college culture, the fading phenomenon of college spirit, and so on. It comes to the conclusion that the key to the building of the college culture is to cultivate the college spirit, upgrade the college cultural taste and establish relative systems of ensuring the fulfillment and unified management of the college culture building.
