摘　　要：目的探讨微波腔内凝固与传统手术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效与优缺点。方法治疗组:采用微波腔内凝固封闭大隐静脉方法,对照组:采用传统大隐静脉高位结扎加剥脱手术。结果治疗组在自觉症状改善、早期下床活动、手术时间、住院时间、患肢美观、并发症等方面优于对照组。结论微波腔内凝固术治疗下肢浅静脉曲张,具有微创、美观、患者痛苦小、恢复快、疗效好、并发症少、操作简捷等优点。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect and difference of microwave intracavitary coagulation vs conventional surgical treatment in the treatment of varicose veins in lower ex tremities. Methods Treatment group：The varicoais of great aaphenous vein was treated by microwave intraeavitary coagulation;Control group：The varicosis of great saphenous vein was treated by conventional operation. Results Treatment group was superior to control group in improvement of subjective symptoms, early ambulation, operation time, hospital stay, beautiful outlook, complication. Conclusion Microwave intracavitary coagulation has many merits and fortes in the treatment of varicose veins in lower extremities.
