播放动画片缓解痔病患者手术前焦虑的效果研究

摘　　要：目的通过对痔手术患者采用播放动画片缓解术前焦虑的效果分析,旨在为制定减轻术前焦虑的护理措施提供理论依据。方法采用随机抽样法将100例择期痔手术患者分为实验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),对实验组患者播放动画片,两组均采用状态焦虑问卷(S-AJ)进行焦虑程度测定。结果实验组患者术前焦虑程度明显下降(P<0.01),生命体征(血压、心率)趋于平稳(P<0.01)。结论播放动画片具有明显缓解痔患者术前焦虑的作用。Objective To analysis the effects of cartoon film on the anxiety of patients on hemorrhoids surgery, to provide theory basis for nurse measure for reducing preoperative anxiety. Methods 100 patients with hemorrhoids surgery were randomly divided into two groups, Intervention group （n=50） watched cartoon film, control group （n =50） didn＇t watch. Using self validated behavioral （State-Trait Anxiety Inventory） and physiological measure of anxiety （blood pressure, heart rate）. Results The dates indicate that patients on hemorrhoids surgery that watched cartoon film appeared to show greater relaxation as manifested by a decrease in physiological indices, Conclusions Cartoon film can provide a confirmed effect on reducing potentially harmful physiological responses arising from anxiety in hemorrhoids surgery patients.
