摘 要:目的 评价“扮亲法”对学龄前儿童术前配合程度的影响。方法 眼科手术学龄前(4—6岁)患儿300例,随机均分为术前扮亲法组(R组)、诱导期家长陪同组(P组)和对照组(C组)。改良耶鲁围术期焦虑量表(mYPAS)于术前访视、人手术室、诱导时3个时间点测量儿童的焦虑水平,诱导期合作评分(ICC)评价患儿合作程度。结果 患儿R组焦虑低于P组(P〈0.05)、C组(P〈0.01),合作评分R组高于P组(P〈0.05)、C组(P〈0.01)。结论 “扮亲法”能降低学龄前儿童术前焦虑水平,更好配合手术。Objective To evaluate the effect of playing a relative role on preschool children' preoperative eollaboration. Methods 300 child patients were randomly divided into three groups: group R (playing a relative role group), group P (parental present during induction of anesthesia group) and group C (control group). The anxiety level were tested by MYPAS (modified Yale preoperative anxiety scale) at 3 time points: days before operation, enter operating room, anesthesia induction. The cooperative levels during the anesthesia induction were tested by ICC (induction compliance checklist). Results Children in group R showed lower anxiety level and better cooperation when walking into the operating room and during the anesthesia induction than that in P group (P〈0. 05) and C group (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusions Playing a relative role to children can lower the anxiety level and gain their cooperation.
